Again management is the worst in communicating with me, I have an issues with being charged for parking and asked them to stop charging me as I have not used the parking. As payment are are coming directly out of my account, they continue to charge me. Rachel has told me that they do not respond to phone calls only by emails. So I email her and Trent with no response from either of them that was almost two weeks ago. Also I still have not heard anything about my recertifications and that’s been since 2/2021 that I have been asking. Very frustrating when you don’t get any response from anyone or you are ignored. I am so over communicating with either one of them cause they just don’t care.
