I really appreciate the close proximity to campus that comes along with staying at the stadium enclave. Although the parking here is very inconvenient. They don’t have any more number spots to purchase and that can be really aggravating. I’m a grad student, so the noise levels can be unfortunate as well. Also, i feel like an outsider a lot because I am one of the few people of color.

Signing a lease for stadium enclave is the smartest thing I’ve done. It’s super convenient being walking distance from campus, the dog park, and all the other amenities!

Fix the security gates to the entire complex, vehicle gates and pedestrian gates. They are not secure, there is crime, bikes stolen, cars broken into. Stadium Enclave is a great place, great amenities, staff, location. But, security is the most important. Lost Key fobs for apartment doors, can I get a replacement? Guys drive around in cars trying to sell weed and they do not live at Stadium Enclave. Get the security working, it's a problem. Without security gates, security in general the complex has lost it all.

I love living here!! The staff is so kind, the apartments are beautiful, and the location couldn't be beat. Especially during football season!

Enclave is awesome, you can’t beat it. The views are great as well as the pool. I love how close it is to everything and how clean the complex is.

Favorite place to live! Staff and maintenance are incredibly friendly! So close to campus and many resources for studying and a nice gym. Lived here for two years and going to miss it

Wet nice community but they struggle to fix problems in the complex’s. Gates do not work and they default to leaving them open. My door lock stopped working completely and it’s been over a month and they still have yet to fix it and say they can’t get into contact with the women that sells them. There’s no visitor parking and some nights I can’t even find resident parking. This place has the potential to be amazing but instead of fixing the small basic things they spend money on security robots???? Just fix the gates!! Make the fobs work!!

The location of the complex is amazing! I love being just steps away from Doak. Also, the amenities and workout classes offered are a major plus.

The security in the complex was terrible up until someone was harmed in a deadly manner. Even after the complex stated they were going to up the security, they barely have. People get their bikes and bike parts stolen all the time, and there's no cameras to prove who did it or when it happened. The gates are supposed to be closed at all times unless you have the fob to unlock it, and they are always open - especially the one by my building. On the plus side, the location is great and so are the amenities. Sometimes the people working in the office are not wanting to really help, but for the most part they're great. I've lived here for a year and a half and it's become a place I've grown to love for the most part.
