The location is great. Covid has limited the community amenities. The inside of the apartment is super cute but the windows are so thin, you can hear everything outside. Some residents aren't so considerate late at night, when leaving the complex and I often get woken up multiple times to someone revving their engine and speeding through the parking lot.

I love my apartment. It really beats being stuck with my wife in a tiny bedroom at my parents or grandparents house. We are both in school so it took us a long time to get in to a place where we could afford rent around here and stillwater palms is the best decent place for the price around tarpon springs palm harbor area.

It has been good except for my noisy neighbor. He is constantly banging, blaring his music etc. the office staff is great. The dumpsters fill up a little to fast to where residents pile trash on the ground which is ridiculous

I personally have had no problems. Would like to see the area around the dumpsters kept better, but that’s not just the responsibility of the property management it’s all of ours to keep that area cleaner.

Love the Apt. Office and all workers very nice and patient. Will stay until need bigger home. Enjoy! Beautiful grounds. There is always room for improvement but they try.

It’s not a terrible apartment, but for the space and the cost of rent I wish I wouldn’t. The third floor is very inconvenient and I don’t think the maintenance people are that involved.

Relax place to live. Nice facilities and nice neighbors. Is really close to the Sponge Docks and Tarpon downtown. Green areas are kept clean.

Location is great and the community is quiet. I would not give it a 5 star based on my construction work history and seeing how the remodeling is done poorly and on the cheap side. Just have to be honest

Its nice here just parking is terrible and windows are too thin in the bedroom. Location is great and the neighbors are friends. I cannot wait for the grill area to open if it ever does

it is a good pleace to live but fixing something is take for ever I'm so over it to beg my toilet is not working My bath tub paint is peeling my window dont work and more and more issue
