Gates are always broken, due to this incident my vehicle was broken into. We called the front office to speak about the issue and look at the cameras & no one answered the phone or the email that was left.

Just moved the apartment is roach infested. Pretty on the outside, very rushed on the inside. Kitchen was DIRTY, grease on all appliances. Stained/ruined stove top

The moving process was easy, front desk set up my paperwork quickly. Apartment itself needs work done. Paint chipping, dents, bent wood, cracks.

Pretty environment and nice to live. I first moved to Houston about 9 months ago and housing here has made my experience hit the roof. I love it here and plan on staying till I have no work.

Love the new updated apartments they are great and spacious definitely worth it and area is great not too far from all the stores i can’t wait to move in and be part of the community

Too be honest every complex has a couple sour apples, but for the most the staff is great. Some are friendly and a couple are stand-off like. Overall, they are alright, professional
