Maintenance is always responsive, competent and pleasant. Manager always responds quickly and with courtesy. Building is kept clean. Valet trash has improved greatly.

Horrible so far! I would not refer a friend and/or a family member to leave here. My experience here has been nothing short of horrible experiences with poor communication for the office.

My resident experience has been awesome. I feel like I live at a hotel. I Like it here, it is quiet, friendly and quaint place to live in. Nice parks, lakes, boating, walking trails, lots of fun for everyone. Good Restaurants and always new ones moving in. I like the staff here. Always friendly and greets everyone with a big smile and a wave. Miss Alyssa with handling everything in the apartments and Antonio the maintenance guy that handles all our problems. They are
doing a great job!

Good, clean and well maintained apartments. Staff is helpful and engage residents with fun activities and events.Amenities like gym, printing station and coffee bar are welcome to resident appreciation.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at The Greens at Fort Mill. The location just off Main St is ideal, the improvements (paint, carpet, etc) are wonderful, and Alyssa does a great job creating a sense of community here.

Live where you love! Great place to live, love the proximity to restaurants for a fun night out on the town & the Greenway is practically in our backyard!

Noise is too much above. Raising the prices to outrageous amounts. Maintenance is good, building and elevator are cleaner now. I think all apartments should be remodel regardless of when you got here. All should be equal.

The staff is exceptional. The apartments are well insulated so you don’t hear your neighbors’ conversations. The landscaping is attractive. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Alyssa and Antonio are.

Perfect location if you like close access to local restaurants and in town activities, however, amenities could use some improvement for the leasing cost to live here.
