Really nice amenities! Complex is clean and well-maintained. Only 4 stars because sound-proofing in the apartments is not the best, so beware of this if you work from home.

We have only been here at The Groves at Lake Juliana for about a week, and we love it. Everything is very organized, well designed, and welcoming. Great experience so far!

The Location is perfect for my needs. It is close to Florida Polytechnic University. There is a Publix, Sushi really close by. The complex has a nice pool and common area.
