Staff and management provided safe and enjoyable environment. Having a balcony overlooking a very large tree and man made lake with indirect sunlight offers me a tranquil setting

Really great pace to live! The apartments are nice and the staff is always very willing to help when there is an issue. Response times to maintenance are very reasonable. The pool is great and I love walking around the pond.

Apartments are nice... workers are ok. Pool/playground is rarely open. Dogs parks are rarely open. Overpriced for not being able to use any amenities

Lovely setting, very peaceful, beautiful apartment. Only complaint is that maintenance has been very slow to respond, locate, and solve a waterleak problem.

We have had a good time in our apartment but with the aging buildings things are starting to wear down. They have good amenities and the staff is nice as well

Love the lake and how removed it’s is from and hustle and bustle of everything. Enjoy walking the dog and sitting out around the lake. Very peaceful!

Tiffany is a great leasing agent, very helpful. Apartment is nice but a deep clean before a tenant moves is would go a very long way. Kitchen cabinet still had grease on them, air vents had dust like they never been cleaned. But all in all I am still extremely satisfied.

Great place to live with clean facilities. However, the traffic and the recent addition of another dog park and replacing the tennis court for a bigger playground has made it a less desirable place to live in terms of amenities . Most people who live here are adults without children, so adding a basketball court/tennis court hybrid would’ve been a much better option. Also, during the COVID outbreak, the amenities we pay for monthly have been unavailable and rightfully so, except, there hasn’t been any $$ deducted from our rent (except the $1.50 charge they charge us with monthly to do online payments). We should be having roughly $100 a month removed from our rental fees, but yet our rent has stayed the same. So although this place is beautiful and a nice place to stay at temporarily, it is not a place that I would recommend for young adults (which seems to be the majority of the residents), but for single families (which seems like their new targeted demographic).
