The Nicholas has been our home for nearly a year and a half now and all in all we have enjoyed our experience. The community of people here are very neighborly and welcoming. The Building Maintenance Manager, Scott, is friendly and always willing to help out with any issues we needed fixed within our apartment. The staff in the office are also nice and accommodating. However, downtown itself is overrated. If the rent wasn't so expensive I would say it is worth it but the rent is crazy high considering there is little "night life" or walkable things to do around the building. Also, several of the so called amenities have not been completed or never worked in the first place. The rent here is more like that of a similar place in Chicago (a much bigger city with far more to offer). From inside our apartment, the audible street noise makes it feel is as if we were standing on the sidewalk. Motorcycles, ATVs, and people standing at the bus stops make the noise level unbearable at times.
