I love it here! I like the events. Tyler the concierge rocks. I like the patio a lot too. The building is very responsive and parking is good. The move in situation was tough but other than that no complaints.

Good location, near JHU, and good location in Harbor East. Tyler is very organized and a great concierge. Secure package room. Good for those who need to commute to JHU.

My move in was not good. No coordination, communication or information. It was really unfortunate and sent a message that management doesn’t care about the people who live there.

Communication on the application and lease was less than Stellar. However, we love the apartment and the neighborhood. So far we are happy with the community.

Good! Everything is nice! Pretty close to the school that’s why I chose this property.

Issues with garage parking and maintenance. Good distance to JHH. Good value for money. Walking distance to Whole Foods and nearby Harbor East restaurants.

Work orders could be addressed faster with more organization and planning. Otherwise, grounds are very clean and amenities are kept up beautifully
