Overall would recommend. It is a good place to live and the apartments are nicely mated out and taken care of. There is a dog park which is very convenient.

I have lived here for 2 years so far and have nothing negative to say. The property is well maintained, quiet and peaceful. Maintenance handles any issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Tim from Maintenance came to do some work in the apartment. He was extremely polite, Friendly.
Left everything spotless . We are lucky to have a gentleman like him in the Department

Its a quaint quiet place to live with convenience at your door step. The availability of stores withon walking distance is a plus. Having a garage is a huge plus

I enjoy living at the Reserve at the Boulevard. It is very convenient to shop, grab something to eat, bank, and so many other things to do right outside of my home.
