There have been lots of changes in the community and with the management team. Overall they are nice, but I do miss the community activities we used to have.

I’m pleased with the community , would like to see cameras installed and for the residents to pickup behind pets. The management is goo as well as maintenance.

Staff have been very pleasant! Community is very quiet and beautiful! Loving my new place! Spacious and relaxing ! I would definitely recommend anyone to move here!

When it snowed y’all did a very good job of putting salt down for the residents and shoveling the snow. Management team is very nice. When you need something fix they are very fast at getting it fixed.

It’s a very good neighborhood nice and quiet. Parking could be a lot better!! When things need to be fixed it’s normally done the next business day

The complex is lacking, things that should have been completed before our move in, has taken over a month to get completed (still not completed 😑) and it looks like they bandaid fix EVERYTHING!!…

Great place to live! I love my apartment, and the staff and maintenance staff are amazing! I highly recommend living here because of the amenities and the staff

There has been so much police activity in the Reserves. There has been people fighting out by the cars and even people fighting outside of my door in the breeze way and on the stairs. It is getting out of hand.
