So far it is great and we are enjoying it. The house, the neighborhood and the personnel. Having eventually eV chargers would be awesome! But the experience so far is great.

Had a fire alarm go off before the office was open and they had the best maintenance guy here within minutes to fix it. Best maintenance team I’ve ever had!

The Tides is like living in an all inclusive resort 24/7. I love the features of the apartment, the beautiful landscape and the amenities that are always clean and well maintained!

The community is quiet without any partying which is excellent. It is kept very clean! Staff is always helpful here and they are very nice!
