My residential experience with Udistrict was good. The buildings are clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful. Overall, I had a good experience.

Maintenance is done the very next day after a request is submitted. Leasing office is very helpful and responsive with questions. On the first floor, you can hear the front gates slam shut.

I've had a really good experience with the staff and feeling like there is already a community there waiting for me when I move into my new apartment!
There is no air conditioning or cool areas in the building despite there being a heat wave in Seattle, old building with high rent. Great location, maintenance comes quickly.
