I loved living here, we will not be renewing our lease. Having to have a parking pass is ridiculous. Please not taking care of the pet poop and packages missing from our door step. It use to be a great place to live.. not anymore.to bad we may be stuck here till sept.

Maintenance is very good, your office need to provide its tendent a good maintenance availability. When the first management till now, there’s no changes. Whenever we ask for maintenance, it’s never available. Except recently when I told the manager how bad I feel.

Neighbors are very noisy at times as an example just the other night someone was peeling out in the parking lot. Other than the noise when people are trying to sleep it's just fine.

Living at university commons has been some ups and downs. The upside is the building is cleaned routinely. The downside is my packages has been stolen in front of my door and I wish there was a better way to secure packages when one is not around. And also I wish there was better plowing of snow when there’s a storm

Living at University Commons has been pretty good. We have lived her for about 3 years with no major issues. The only thing I would critique is the garage assignments. Your garage is too far from your actual apartment.

Parking needs to be a lil better. Pay for parking and have to park on the street cuz if no parking when I get off work it kinda sucks a lil.

The apartments here are great. The only flaw I find is the walls are way to thin so you can here your neighbor's; especially at night. I also thing that "quiet time" should be reinforced better for the sake of the residents that live here with their families and that have children. And if the power goes out like it did a while ago across all of Williston there should be a way of getting inside. By boyfriend came home from work and had to call me to go open the door cause without electricity the keypad was down. I think that there should be at least a mini generator to operate the keypad or have it where the doors automatically unlock in cases like that. Just a suggestion.

It is a nice place to live but the maintenance request take a little long to fulfill. The management is super friendly and would recommend anyone to live here

No amenities, They really need something, like a playground for kids and better parking. Hopefully this year the snow removal will be better. Its a shame we cant rent out the community kitchen anymore even though that price was outrageous. Need more for residents.

Having shields on the light posts would be nice so when your sitting on your patio trying to look out at the sky the light doesn't blind you

Road noise is bothersome if you live on the left side. Also wish they had a kids park. Very convenient to live on university since it badically goes through the whole town

Just wish other residents would take pride in cleaning up after themselves and their pets. We could all work together and keep our community beautiful.

Good, but we got a 3 bedroom apartment and only got 2 door keys and 1 key fob for the gym area which is super annoying and a total hassle. The apartment is really nice though.

Getting better just wished parking was better. Especially when there are a bunch of company service trucks that are too big for the parking spots so it’s hard to get a car/ truck next too it

Sense my man and I have been living at these appointments I think for the most part that it's not that bad. The only problem is being able to hear the neighbors music from the floor below ours. Other than that it's not bad.

The apartment is a little smaller than I was expecting but the community is very nice and there is ample space for my dogs. I like the rec room that is available for entertaining guests
