Building is clean and modern. In a very convenient area. Nice amenities. Friendly staff. No complaints! Very great option if you are interested in the MPDU program.

Location is good, close to station and easy access to shops, groceries and restaurant. However, I have experience of crazy noise and smelling smokes. This is not very good experience.

Fast maintenance responses but building issues like elevator problems and fire alarm going off are consistent. Also, the new Tulu and mail room setup is not good

All shared spaces are very clean, and all staff are friendly and super nice! I’ve had no stress to take my packages because they are always organized well. I’m happy to be a part of this community!
