Elevators are super slow. Great location and a smaller building so not as crowded. Wish they would do more events for their residents like their sister property

Nillas is my favorite west campus apartment <3 It’s pretty quiet. Residents are cool with each other. Great location. On top of maintenance orders. Custodial staff is πŸ’―

I really like the apartment, the only problem is the noise on the weekends. This isn't a really big deal but the staff are really friendly and the maintenance are really quick in doing their jobs.

As a resident who lives by the sunroof on the 6th floor, I occasionally have to deal with people making noise on the sunroof late at night, especially during the weekends. The gym equipment (more specifically the weight benches and mats) aren't maintained well enough, however my experience has the gym hasn't been too affected by it. With those exceptions in mind, my experience living at Villas on Nueces has been great.

Villas on Nueces is a great place to live. The apartments are nice and modern, and decently larger than most other apartments in the area. Its location is quite ideal as well - in the heart of West Campus and a good 5 minute walk from campus. Noise levels can occasionally be an issue, but overall I would highly recommend.

Really nice and comfortable. Also is smaller and does not feel crammed at all. I am able to walk to class relatively easy and am able to have lots of room to study.

It's fine. it's not worth the walk to moody. the apple tvs and projector stuff is nice but doesnt make the extremely high rent worth it. the noise is horrible on the balcony and the piece of paper posted doenst stop peeople from partying up there all night long.

very good location, close to campus and being in a smaller building means less people to deal with. however, the loud garbage trucks that echo in the alley at 4AM suck

Big unit but very noisy, management and maintenance team are very nice but the noise is something uncontrollable. The construction across the street is very loud
