Everything has been good lately other than loud neighbors like usual. Also there has been trash everywhere all the time outside but thats usual as well

It when from a 5 start to a 3 when I got a fine for leaving the trash pale out the nights that aren't any pickups, that I think is stupid and unheard of.

It has been okay so far. got charged a fine for leaving boxed outside the apartment for 2 days which was not fun but fast maintenance and good place to live

Waterlynn has great facilities, timely maintenance, and welcome staff that are always available to help or answer your questions. The grounds are always kept up and looking nice.

Not really affordable and is misleading to residents. Maintenance looks for issues to report on by lien about checking fire hazard in homes.

The overall place is nice to be living in. There is a good community, maintenance people keeping everything maintained and making sure that it is comfortable and liveable for the other tenants.

The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Maintenance was quick and extremely helpful as well. The units are spacious and community is quiet.
