Best 'bang-for-your-buck' apartment in ann arbor. Very little complaints, however there isnt really a huge selling point to it besides proximity to campus. Great if you are on a budget.

It has been pretty good, good public spaces, and great resident support team. My only complaint is the dryer units in the laundry room, they burn your clothes.
