  2. How do I manage all of this content?

    All activity generated through Community Rewards is displayed within your online dashboard. We also alert you to any ativity that requires adminster approval.

    Things like leads, reviews, renewals, etc... are all tracked back to the resident that originated it to completely remove the need for paperwork.

  3. What is included with Community Reviews?

    Community Reviews comes standard with Community Rewards. All service levels come standard with the Community Rewards Suite of applications which include the following:

    • Community Rewards - Resident Loyalty App
    • Community Reviews - Reputation Management
    • Community Reports - Dashboard

  4. How do I setup Community Reviews on my Facebook page?

    Once you are under contract, you will be assigned an account manager who will personally set up your custom program and train your onsite staff prior to launching the application.

    We recommend attending a training session so that you'll know how to answer any resident questions that arise as a result of Community Reward's success.

  5. Where can I display all of this content?

    By default all reviews, ratings, photos, etc... are displayed within the Community Reviews Facebook app and on ModernMsg.com.

    You may also fully integrate your Reviews into your website via our API. Please email us for more information.

  6. What's included with the Dashboard?

    The dashboard is your "mission control center" for all of your Community Rewards campaigns. Monitor 1 property or multiple, track referrals, resident reach, click through rates, and overall activity levels across all social platforms, and much much more.
